These words, and the rest of the Tao Te Ching have inspired me for decades. I began the study of the Martial Arts and Eastern Philosophy more than 40 years ago. (I was pretty young then!)

This Blog was designed to express these principles as they relate to the issues we face every day. Always direct, often irreverent I may sometimes tread harshly on some deeply held beliefs, but if you read on with an open mind, I know you will be a better person for it regardless of your situation.
